About Paul Craik
Please take a moment to find out about me and what I can bring to our relationship as your realtor. I was born in Vancouver and relocated to Maple Ridge over 30 years ago with my parents and two brothers. I attended elementary and secondary school in Maple Ridge and throughout my youth, I was involved with Golden Ears Soccer Club and Ridge Meadows Minor Baseball. I have always enjoyed team sport and participated in elementary/secondary sporting programs as much as I could. My wife, is also from Maple Ridge and we have built our life in the Ridge Meadows community, through our activities as well as our children’s. My oldest son is involved in lacrosse, soccer and baseball, which my wife and I enjoy cheering him on in! I have also helped coach his local soccer team and have always believed in giving back to the community that I live in.
I've competed in the Ironman Canada, in Penticton in 1998, 1999 and 2002, as well as the Victoria Half Iron, Vancouver International Marathon and many other local events. From 2001-2004 I served as a paid on call member of the Maple Ridge Fire Department, where we had the opportunity to support the Interior of BC to help fight devastating forest fires.
Over the past 14 years I have worked in the Food Service Hospitality Industry, six with Sysco Vancouver and eight with Brugman Commercial Kitchens where we specialized in the designing, building and supplying of commercial kitchen food equipment. This experience has enabled me to anticipate my clients needs and to build long lasting relationships.
When I decided to move into Real Estate, I enrolled in the UBC Sauder School of Business where I completed the Real Estate Trading Services course. I now have the priviledge to serve my friends, family and past, present and future acquaintances with their Real Estate needs. Your success matters most to me. That is why I am so excited to be working with you on the sale and/or purchase of your new home.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach in sales and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only more efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
